George Lampropoulous

George Lampropoulos has served as the Chief Executive Officer of KEN International, since he founded the company in 2013. He has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years, in the fields of Project Management, Financial Management and Risk Management, with an in-depth understanding in commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. With proven commitment and dedication, he has been involved in a number of international projects of various scales (Greece, UK, Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Syria, Qatar and United Arab Emirates).

As the founder of KEN International, his personal objective is to grow a transparent corporate identity, promoting a unique business culture as well as creating a lasting customer satisfaction. Through strategic foresight, drive and passion, he has built a strong business foundation and has been a proud associate-partner of L35 Architects, since 2015.

With a passion to continuously grow his company, George values working with people and partners who share his ethics and drive. Iona Karatzoglou

Ionna is a senior level project manager with more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of construction and business management, and she is currently running our offices in Greece.

She has demonstrated her expertise and know-how in multinational companies in Qatar, Greece, Liechtenstein, as well as Austria. She is specifically skilled in strategic marketing, business development and engineering from her previous roles in leading multinational companies in the construction industry.

With commitment and hard work, Ioanna knows how to meet all the facets of a construction project. Her collaboration with various stakeholders from the construction field as well as her involvement in large-scale jobsites on a global level provided her with hands-on experience by mastering the complexity of any construction projects.

Ioanna has proven her passion and dedication in improving the flow of projects and business processes in order to ensure efficiency, consistency and optimization. She is constantly seeking innovative solutions for our customers and is keen to turning them into enthusiastic partners.

Julius Sanorjo

As a qualified project manager with more than 10 years of robust experience in the construction field, Julius is a proven, technically proficient and experienced Engineer.

Working in the UAE for the past 8 years, he prides with an in-depth international exposure encompassing complex projects of more than AED 1B in value. His expertise includes design management from concept to detailed design, project management, site supervision, technical review, contract administration, cost and time management, testing and commissioning, handover and close-out. With his agile leadership approach, he has succeeded in delivering projects in a multitude of roles as the Technical Supervision Consultant or the Employer’s Representative and Contract administrator.

Owing to his extensive experience in site and technical supervision, contract administration, claims review with resolution and dispute avoidance, under the umbrella of project management and lead consultant functions, he has been gaining portfolio of lucrative engineering achievements in many prestigious large scale projects including High Rise and Medium Rise Developments, District Cooling Schemes, Airports, Shopping Malls, ultra-high-end villas, 5-star Hotels, Hospitals and Educational Facilities as well as Specialist Government Facilities, throughout the UAE and abroad.
