The project, with its design and space layout, meets modernity and contemporary architecture successfully. With a rather conservative outlook from the main facade, it is however contrasted with a porous, open and transparent space on the interior, enhanced with generous openings overlooking the backyard.

The living room benefits from a double height ceiling, giving the space a rather luxurious appeal, with a refined selection of high-end finishing and furniture.
